Crafting a Regional Strategic Vision for Coastal Alabama

Over the last four years, through the efforts of many regional leaders, Coastal Alabama Partnership has established a solid foundation upon which to carry out its mission. It has established a regional mandate, obtained broad stakeholder buy-in, secured funding and built a solid governance structure.

In working towards a bold vision for our region, Coastal Alabama Partnership has embarked on a journey to create a regional strategic plan that will be mutually beneficial to Mobile and Baldwin counties, connecting local priorities into a unified plan with common goals that address top priorities of all Coastal Alabama constituents.

In May 2017, Coastal Alabama Partnership will host a week of workshops to solicit constituent feedback to build a bold vision for our region.
