Passenger rail service hasn’t run along the Gulf Coast in years. The Southern Rail Commission is working hard to bring back rail across the Gulf, specifically between New Orleans and Mobile. Our Wiley Blankenship currently serves as the Chairman of the Southern Rail Commission and was recently interviewed by Guy Busby of Alabama Public Radio.
