MISSION
The program is designed to build a regional leadership coalition to promote the needs of Coastal Alabama, including Mobile and Baldwin counties, to provide leadership development for area leaders and to build community awareness for leaders of Coastal Alabama issues.
IDEAL PARTICIPANTS
We are looking for Coastal Alabama business and community leaders who have participated in corporate or community leadership programs and who are interested in furthering their civic engagement, including supporting candidates for public office or with interest in running for public office at some point in the future.
The ideal candidate will be an up and coming leader in business and community leadership, who is interested in a possible future civic and/or elected leadership role. The goal will be for each class to have no more than 25 participants with half of the class being from Mobile and half from Baldwin counties.

APPLICATION
To apply, complete the Coastal Civic Masters Application and submit to Stacy Wellborn at PO Box 881 Mobile, AL 36601 or via email to stacy@coastalalabama.org no later than September 1, 2019. Please contact Stacy if you have any questions about the program or application process.
You may also nominate a candidate by completing the Coastal Civic Masters Nomination Form and returning it by August 9, 2019.
TUITION
The cost to participate in the program is $1750, which includes overnight accommodations for the opening retreat, meals and materials. A limited number of scholarships will be available on a first-come, as-needed basis.
